You have probably noticed Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church has an amazing body of volunteers and staff who work hard to make certain our Sunday gatherings run smoothly. But you may not know that there is always a need for people behind the people.
The Kitchen Crew does behind-the-scenes and are very graceful and hard-working. They use their gifts to prepare meals that can be served and shared among those serving the church. We encourage and support all they do, and break bread with them before they pour out their many gifts onto those entering any service we host here at the S.P.O.T.
Many volunteers don’t realize there is a meal available and even more don’t know there is an opportunity to serve in this way. We aren’t simply recruiting people to make meals; this is an invitation to care for those caring for the Body.
