The Carrie Lee Hamilton Youth Department of Mt. Zion Baptist Church is committed to loving our youth with the love of Christ, engaging them in ministry, exposing them to the word of God, and equipping them to be faithful, lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ.
The Mt. Zion Youth Ministry exists to introduce young people to the love of Christ, to unite them with other believers, to cultivate their spiritual maturity, and to help them display God in their lives while discovering their ministry.
Motto: If you can’t do great things; Don’t just stand there, do something. Do small things in a great way.

The Youth Ministry of Mt. Zion Baptist Church is designed to influence, enhance, and develop the lives of children and youth from 6 months through 18 years old. Through various Ministry groups and activities we strive to teach church doctrine, etiquette, and real-life application of biblical principles that will help them succeed. The Mt. Zion Youth Ministry strives most of all to provide youth with the knowledge and opportunities to become servant leaders in the church and their community.
